Tips:
Keep each design simple and about hand sized for ease of handling. Avoid sharp angles or bends which are difficult to form. Avoid long, thin projections as these make cookies that are fragile and which tend to burn in the oven.

  • How do I pay for the cookie cutter? Order the cutter on this page and you can pay through our Shopping Cart http://www.pietersmatinworks.com/Custom-Cookie-Cutter-p/custom_cookie_cutter.htm
  • How long does it take to get a custom cookie cutter made? Usually you should hear from me within 7 days after submitting the request. From the time you approve the outline it takes up tp 14 days days for me to make and ship the cutter. So order your cutter 4-6 before you need it.. During the Christmas season (Nov 1st to Dec 31st) it can take twice as long.
  • Do you make cookie cutter of logos? Yes we do.Email me a design fo an estimate.

  • What material do you use? I use tin plated steel. This material is rust resistant. However it can rust if left wet for a long time.
  • How do you ship? We generally use Canada Post The standard service takes 6-12 days. We do not have a handling charge. For shipments to the mainland US it runs about $6.00. Shipments to Canada start at $7.00
  • Do you use lead solder? For cookie cutter we use only lead free solder that is safe for food use.
Pricing:
If you agree to let me add your cutter shape to our catalog and it has some appeal to thers I will only charge you our base setup fee of $24.95. Complex or large cutters will incur extra charges. If you want to keep your pattern to yourself that’s fine too: we charge a development fee of $14.95 plus the charges for large or complex shapes.

Most Cookie Cutters are no bigger than 5.5 inches x 4 inches, which roughly 1/4 of a sheet of letter paper
